Heard Ms. Julekha Khan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
Issue notice in the connected MC(WP(C)) No. 246 of 2025, returnable within three weeks.
As N. Nongdamba, learned counsel entered appearance and accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3, no formal notice is called for in respect of the said respondents.
The petitioner/ applicant is to take steps for service of notice upon Dr. Moirangthem Nirmalkumar Singh, Assistant Professor, Department of Humanities & Social Sciences, NIT, Manipur, by way of dasti service as well as by speed post service.
