Mr. Yadev Sharma, learned Government Advocate for the appellants submits that this matter was required to be argued by the learned Advocate General for the State of Sikkim. However, due to his personal difficulties he could not appear today before this Court. An adjournment is sought. It is stated that he would be available in the month of June

Since this matter is of 2020 the learned counsel for both the parties are requested to ensure that they are ready for hearing on the next date.
