Heard Mr. C. S. Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Bhattacharya, learned G.A appearing for the respondents-State and Mr. R. G. Chakraborty, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent-TPSC.
Smt. Anima Debbarma, Deputy Secretary, Government of Tripura, Health and Family Welfare Department is directed to remain present before this Court at 10.30 am on 04.03.2023. Learned G.A. shall ensure the personal appearance of Smt. Anima Debbarma, Deputy Secretary, Government of Tripura, Health and Family Welfare Department.
Till further order, the operation of Memorandum dated 08.02.2023 issued by the Deputy Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department shall remain suspended.
