Status of service on the respondents No. 4 & 5 has not yet been obtained by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, it is submitted that in a similar matter i.e. WP(C). No. 59 of 2025, Mr. P.Yobin, learned counsel had entered appearance on behalf of the said respondents.
Petitioner is directed to serve notice on Mr. P.Yobin, learned counsel who shall obtain instructions from the respondents No. 4 & 5 as to whether he will be appearing in this matter also.
