Mr. P.T. Sangma, learned counsel has entered appearance today on behalf of the respondents No. 4 and 5, as such, service is complete on all the respondents. He prays for and is allowed one weeks’ time to file affidavit.

It is noted that order dated 16.04.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for interim orders and the matter has been accordingly fixed today for consideration of interim prayer. As Mr. P.T. Sangma, learned counsel has just entered appearance, for the ends of justice, list this matter on 13th May, 2025 for consideration of interim prayer.
