Judgment
3 paragraphs · 149 wordsHon''ble Pankaj Mithal, J.—Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. This is a petition for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Original Suit No. 36 of 1995 (Raj Kumar and another Vs. Shiv Kumar and others) within a time bound period.
In view of the general mandamus of the Division Bench of this court in Ayodhya Sahai Vs. District Judge and Others, and looking to the fact that the suit is of the year 1995, the petition is disposed of with the direction to the court concerned to decide the same in accordance with the law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
The aforesaid direction would become ineffective in case the petitioner himself seeks two continuous adjournments in the suit. Petition disposed of.
