Hon''ble Pankaj Mithal, J.—Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. This is a petition for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Case No. 906 of 2001 (Ram Adhar Vs. Smt. Laxmina Devi and others) within a time bound period.

In view of the general mandamus of the Division Bench of this court in Ayodhya Sahai Vs. District Judge and Others, and looking to the fact that the case is of the year 2001, the petition is disposed of with the direction to the court concerned to decide the same in accordance with the law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.

The aforesaid direction would become ineffective in case the petitioner herself seeks two continuous adjournments in the case. Petition disposed of.
