The present writ petition has been listed today for referral to the Special Mediation Drive-Mediation ‘For the Nation’ as initiated by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Accordingly, registry is directed to place this matter before the appointed Mediator at the Mediation Centre of the High Court of Manipur at Imphal.
The petitioner, the Caretaker Chairperson, Bishnupur Municipal Council and the Executive Officer, Bishnupur Municipal Council along with the respective counsel are hereby directed to appear before the appointed Mediator on 01-09-2025 at 01:00 P.M.
A copy of this order be furnished to both the counsel appearing for the parties through their WhatsApp/e-mail during the course of the day for doing the needful.
