Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. Accordingly, O.A. Diary No. 502 of 2021 filed before the Regional Bench, Kolkata stands transferred to the Principal Bench, New Delhi.
Registry of the Regional Bench, Kolkata to ensure that the entire record of O.A. Diary No. 502 of 2021, in original, is remitted to the Principal Bench within four weeks of the receipt of the order. After receipt of the entire record, OA be registered by allotting it its regular number by the Registry and same be put up before the available Bench.
