Learned counsel for the petitioner obtained slip/permission from this Court to list the present Writ Petition under the caption “For Withdrawal” and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is listed today under the caption “For Dismissal”.
Today, Sri V.Venkata Subbaiah, learned counsel representing Sri V.V.N.Narasimham, learned counsel for the petitioner, represented the matter and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and the same is also endorsed on the bundle.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
