Heard Mr. L. Syiem, learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for impleading of the Acting Syiem, Sohra Syiemship, as a party respondent in the main writ petition.

The same is not objected by learned counsel for the petitioner (respondent No. 1 herein).

Accordingly, the Acting Syiem, Sohra Syiemship shall stand impleaded as the respondent No. 5, in the main writ petition. Registry to make the necessary corrections in the Cause Title.
