This is an application for impleading the applicant herein i.e. Indus Towers Limited as a necessary party respondent in the writ petition.
The same is not objected by Ms. I.M. Lyngdoh, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Accordingly, the Indus Towers Limited, 3rd and 4th Floor, Nexia Heights, Khanapara, Mouza-Beltola, Revenue Circle-Dispur, District-Kamrup (M), Near Hotel Aster Premier, G.S. Road,Assam-781022 represented by its authorized officer Shri Loyangamba Khamembam, S/o Khangembam Ibotombi Singh shall stand impleaded as party respondent No. 13, in the main writ petition. Registry to make necessary addition in the Cause Title.
Misc. Case is allowed and disposed of.
