The petitioner has been continuously working in the difficult area of Dodra Kwar, District Shimla, H.P., since 2016 and having completed his normal
tenure of three years’ service in that area, is entitled to be posted at a soft area. The petitioner has given stations of his choice in para-13 of the
writ petition which are enumerated hereinbelow:-
 “a) GMS Sandha u/c GSSS Oatpur District Mandi, H.P. (Vacant).
b)GMS Paplother u/c GHS Niar District Kangra, H.P. (incumbent posted in said school Sh. Vijay Kumar TGT(NM) has completed his normal
tenure).
c) GHS Jandhor District Kangra, H.P. (incumbent posted in said school Sh. Ajay Singh TGT(NM) has completed his normal tenure).
d) GSSS Andreta, District Kangra, H.P.
e) GSSS Matroo, District Mandi, H.P.;
f) GMSSS Pathiar, District Sirmaur, H.P.
g) GSSS Bagli, District Kangra, H.P.
h) GMSSS Dari District Kangra, H.P.
i) Any other station in Tehsil Baijnath District Kangra, H.P. or adjoining to it.â€
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for his transfer and
thereafter issue consequential order of transfer to any of the aforesaid stations within a period of three weeks from today.
Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
For compliance, to come up on 11.08.2021.
