The petitioner has completed his normal tenure of service in the hard area at GPS Bhakhalwar (Seraj-I), District Mandi, having been posted there

ever since 28th September, 2016 and is thus, entitled to be posted in a soft area. The - petitioner has already given option in this regard as is evident

from relief No.(i), which reads as under:-

“i) That the respondent may kindly be directed to transfer the present petitioner from Government Primary School Bhakhalwar (Seraj-I), District

Mandi, H.P. to one of his choice station against vacant post i.e. (i) Government Primary School Shala, Education Block Chachiot-II, Mandi,

(ii) Government Primary School Oddi, Education Block Chachiot-II, (iii) Government Primary School Pabo, Education Block Chachiot- II, Mandi, or

any other station in an around Education Block Chachiot-II, Mandi, against vacant post or longer stay, due to adverse family circumstances on

completion of normal tenure at present place of posting as per the transfer policy in the interest of justice and fair play.â€​

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and pass consequential

orders by posting him in any of the aforesaid stations within three weeks from today and report compliance to this Court on 3rd September, 2020.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
