Mr.Satyabrata Panda, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the opposite party No.6 has produced a copy of the Court of Inquiry records, which is accepted and placed on records.
Mr.Akash Acharya, learned counsel appearing on instruction of Mr.M.K.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a further affidavit in response to the order dated 09.03.2023 has been filed by the opposite parties No.1 to 5 in Court today and he has received a copy of the said affidavit. He prays for some accommodation for examining the same.
Prayer stands allowed.
Let the matter be listed on 21st April, 2023. If the petitioner is inclined to file any rejoinder in response to the said affidavit, he shall file the same by the next date.
