Hon''ble Pankaj Mithal, J.—Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Petitioner has filed this petition for a direction to the respondent No. 1 i.e. Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Varanasi to decide Civil Suit No. 800 of 2007 expeditiously.

For the above purpose, petitioner can make a proper application to the court concern. In case such an application is moved, the court will consider it in the light of general mandamus of a Division Bench of this Court in Ayodhya Sahai Vs. District Judge, Jaunpur and others Ayodhya Sahai Vs. District Judge and Others, and do all that is necessary. Petition disposed of accordingly.
