Mr. Rameshwor, learned counsel appeared for the appellants; Ms. Nandinibala, learned counsel appeared for respondents No. 1 to 5 and Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appeared on behalf of respondents No. 6 to 9.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants that while preparing the connected paper book in connection with this appeal, certain documents have not been enclosed. The learned counsel, accordingly, made a prayer for calling the case record of Original Suit No. 7/2009/74/2009 from the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Imphal East wherein the said missing documents are enclosed as a part of the record.
In view of the submission made above, registry is directed to requisition the record of the aforesaid O.S. No. 7/2009/74/2009 from the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Imphal East and to prepare additional paper book after notifying the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
