It is stated at the bar that the connected lower court record, which has been requisitioned by this court is yet to be received by the registry, accordingly, the learned counsel prays for taking up this matter after three weeks.
As prayed for, list these cases again on 20-03-2025. In the meantime, registry is directed to take necessary steps for preparing the paper books in terms of the earlier order passed by this court.
