Heard Mr. D. Bhattacharya, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Soumyadeep Saha, learned counsel appearing for the appellants. Also heard Mr. Somik Deb, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. K. Debnath, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
In the midst of hearing both the learned counsels have urged this Court to adjourn the matter to make an attempt for amicable settlement of the issues involved in this appeal.
In view of this submission, I direct the appellants as well as the respondents i.e. the plaintiffs and the defendants of the original suit to remain present before this Court on 10.03.2023.
