This application has been filed for seeking withdrawal of the present petition in view of the settlement filed inter-se between the parties. The settlement deed is at page No. 8 dated 16th October, 2023 of the present application.

In view of the application made on behalf of the petitioner supported by affidavit and on the basis of the settlement deed referred to above, the present CA No.53/2023 is allowed and the main petition CP No.87/ALD/2023 is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
