Mr. Kh. Athouba, learned GA appearing on behalf of the appellants submits that the appellants have paid 50% of the awarded compensation to the respondents and the remaining 50% will be paid within a short time.
Considering the submission made, the appellants are directed to pay the remaining 50% of the awarded compensation within a period of 4 (four) weeks from today.
List the matter again on 31st January, 2022.
