Darakishwor, learned senior panel counsel appearing for the official respondent (Union of India) submitted that authorities have already deposited the amount of compensation due payable to the petitioners in the office of the Registrar General, High Court of Manipur. The learned counsel, accordingly prays for closing this matter as infructuous.
Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA and Mr. Lungmi Ragui, learned counsel appeared for the State respondents as well as the private respondents.
