Shri L.S. Kushwaha holding brief of Shri Anil Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Shri Raghvendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents are present.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the applicant has retired from service on 31.08.2020, thus, the present application has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such.

Original Application No./124/2019 is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
