Mr. K. Roshan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to the subsequent events which happed after filing of the present writ petition, nothing survives for adjudication on merit, accordingly, the present writ petition may be closed as infructuous.
Mr. Kh. Samarjit, learned DSGI assisted by Mr. Armananda, learned counsel appearing for the respondents endorsed the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
In view of the submission made above, the present writ petition is hereby closed as infructuous.
