In the light of the orders passed today in MC(RSA) No. 1 of 2023 and MC(RSA) No. 2 of 2023, Mr. P. Tamphamani, learned counsel, appearing for the appellant, is permitted to carry out necessary corrections in the cause titles of the main case as well as the miscellaneous case in the Registry.
Mr. S. Lokhendro, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No.1, seeks time to file his reply in MC(RSA) No. 32 of 2022.
