Judgment
Ahanthem Bimol Singh, J
Heard Mr. D. Julius Riamei, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the respondents No. 1 & 2 and Mr. Ng. Jotindra Luwang, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 3.
The learned GA prayed for granting 3 (three) weeks further time as a last chance for filing counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents No. 1 & 2.
This prayer is vehemently objected to by Mr. D. Julius Riamei on the ground that adequate time has been given to the respondents No. 1 & 2 for filing their counter affidavit.
Be that as it may, in the interest of justice one last chance is given to the respondents No. 1 & 2 for filing their counter affidavit.
As prayed for, list this case again on 18.07.2022. In the meantime, the respondents No. 1 & 2 are directed to file their counter affidavit without fail.
