Heard Mrs. Ayangleima, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
Issue notice returnable within three weeks.
Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned GA enters appearance and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Mr. L. Raju, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 3, hence, no formal notice is called for.
List this case again on 21st February, 2023.
In the meantime, Mr. L. Raju, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 is directed to get instructions from the authorities as to why the pension of the petitioner is not yet released and to place the instruction before this Court on the next date without fail.
