Judgment

This matter is listed for referral to the Special Mediation Drive- ‘Mediation for the Nation’ as directed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
Present Mr. Y. Sanakhomba, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Malemleima, learned counsel for the respondents.
As agreed by the parties, the matter is referred to the High Court Mediation Centre for amicable settlement.
Parties are directed to appear before the Mediator on 15.09.2025 at 01:00 p.m.
Respondents are directed to depute competent and authorized person in the mediation proceedings.
