T.R. Ramachandran Nair, J.—The petitioner has completed his B.Tech Degree Course (Electronics and Instrumentation) from FISAT, Mukkannur, Angamaly. He had appeared for the 3rd Semester B.Tech (Electronics and Instrumentation) examination in April, 2010. In the examination, he had obtained only 46 marks for the subject Solid State Devises (A.S.). Therefore, he has applied for revaluation of the said subject, vide Exhibit P2. Exhibit P3 is the challan evidencing remittance of fee for revaluation. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the supplementary examination is scheduled to take place in the end of December, 2010. Seeking for a revaluation within a time frame, this Writ Petition has been filed.

Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the University. There will be a direction to the University to process the application for revaluation submitted by the petitioner and communicate the results within a period of four weeks from today, if the application and the payment are in order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
