Ibotombi, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners that the subject matter in issue is covered by the decisions rendered by this Court as well as by the Hon'ble Supreme Court for which learned counsel appearing for the respondents was granted time on 25-10-2021 for seeking instructions. Shri Th. Sukumar, learned GA appearing for the respondents prays further time for seeking instructions in the matter. Two weeks' time as last opportunity is granted to him for seeking instructions in the matter, failing which an endeavour shall be made to dispose of the matter on the next date itself.
