I.A. No.08 of 2024 is an application seeking adjournment on behalf of the Respondents No.1 to 4 on grounds that the conducting Counsel is unable to appear before this Court today as she is attending two days’ training programme at the Sikkim Judicial Academy, Gangtok, Sikkim.
The Petitioner is present in person and submits that her Counsel is also engaged in the same training programme.
