Judgment
T.R. Ramachandran Nair, J.—The petitioners are B.Com students and have completed their 6th Semester at PGRM S.N. College, Kumarakom, Kottayam District. The petitioners have passed the 6th Semester examination held in March, 2010 with good marks except Paper XII, viz. Auditing - II. Exts.P1 and P2 are true copies of the mark lists dated 3.8.2010 which are produced to show that the petitioners are good in academics and fared well in all subjects. As per Exts.P3 and P4, the petitioners have applied for revaluation of the Paper in which they have failed. Exts.P5 and P6 are true copies of the counterfoil of the pay-in-slip dated 10.8.2010 and 13.8.2010 issued by the first respondent. Herein, the main prayer is for a direction to the University to complete the revaluation as sought for in Exts.P3 and P4 applications and publish the results.
Heard learned Standing Counsel for the University. It is submitted that sufficient time may be granted to complete the revaluation and inform the result to the petitioner.
There will be a direction to the University to complete the revaluation and inform the result to the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, if the applications and the payment of fee are in order and if the petitioners have complied with all other formalities.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
