This is an application filed by the respondent no.3 praying for vacating the stay order dated 21.06.2023 passed by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner desires to file response to this application within a period of two weeks. He is permitted to do so. In the meanwhile, the respondent nos. 1 and 2 may file their counter-affidavits within three weeks and two weeks thereafter, to the petitioner to file rejoinder.
