Heard Mr. RK Deepak, learned counsel appearing for the applicants, Mr. P. Tamphamani assisting the learned A.G. appearing for the State respondents, Mr. I. Lalitkumar and Mr. RS Reisang, learned senior counsel appearing for the MPSC, Mr. HS Paonam, learned senior counsel, Mr. Serto T Kom, learned counsel and Mr. D Julius Riamei, learned counsel appearing for the private respondents.
The present application had been filed with a prayer for making necessary correction in the cause title of the connected writ petition to the extent of incorporating all the respondents who have been impleaded earlier by various orders by this Court and as proposed in the present applications.
After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present applications are allowed.
Page 1 The counsel for the petitioner is directed to make the necessary corrections in the connected writ petition in the presence of the Official of the Registry. The correction should be done within a period of 10 (ten) days.
Registrar Judicial is also directed to facilitate the necessary correction in the cause title of the connected writ petition.
The counsel for the petitioner is also directed to furnish a copy of the proposed correction to all the counsel appearing for the respondents within a period of 1 (one) week from today.
With the aforesaid directions, the present applications are disposed of.
