Heard Mr. M. Rarry, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. A. Vashum, learned GA appearing for the respondents No. 1 to 3 and Mr. Sk. Sukham, learned counsel appearing for the newly impleaded respondent No. 4.
The learned GA submitted that he has received the detailed parawise comment and he will file counter affidavit on behalf of the official respondents within 10 (ten) days. The learned GA, therefore, prays for taking up this matter after ten days.
As prayed for by the learned GA, list this case again on 20-02-2023 for consideration of the prayer for passing interim order
