Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appeared for the respondents No. 1 to 4 and Mr. R.K. Deepak, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. L. Rajesh, learned counsel appeared for the respondents No. 6, 7 and 8 in WP(C) No. 759 of 2024. None appeared for the respondents No. 5 and 9, despite service of notice.
The learned GA appearing for the State respondents submitted that he has prepared the counter affidavit and the same will be filed within one week. The learned GA, accordingly, prays for taking up this matter after two weeks.
Mr. I. Denning, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer for passing interim order may be considered on the next date.
