Heard Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.
The learned Government Advocate submitted that he has obtained instructions in terms of the earlier direction given by this Court and that he requires one week’s time to file a short affidavit.
As prayed for by the learned Government Advocate, list this case again on 22.02.2023. In the meantime, the official respondents are directed to file their affidavit without fail.
