Judgment
Ahanthem Bimol Singh, J
Mr. T. Momo, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he had taken steps for service of notice upon the respondents No. 4 & 5 and had already filed affidavit showing proof of such service of notice through e-filing.
Mr. A. Vashum, learned GA appeared for the respondents No. 1 & 2 and Mr. S. Gunabanta, learned counsel enters appearance for the respondent No. 5. None appeared for the respondent No. 4.
It has been submitted at the Bar that another writ petitioner being WP(C) No. 942 of 2022 challenging the said impugned order is coming up on 11th April, 2023.
In view of the above submission, list this case along with WP(C) No. 942 of 2022 on 11th April, 2023.
Prayer for passing interim order will be considered on the next date. In the meantime, the respondents are at liberty to file their affidavit, if so advised.
