Judgment
T.R. Ramachandran Nair, J.—The petitioner was a student under the third respondent and he had completed Engineering Course in 2009 in the trade of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He lost two papers, viz. Software Engineering EE 2K 501 and Analog and Digital Communication EE 2K 502 of his fifth semester. Herein, the prayer is for a direction to the University to complete the revaluation as sought for in Ext.P1 application.
Heard learned Standing Counsel for the University. It is submitted that sufficient time may be granted to complete the revaluation and inform the result to the petitioner.
There will be a direction to the University to complete the revaluation and inform the result to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, if the application and the payment of fee are in order and if the petitioner has complied with all other formalities.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
