Judgment

Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel through VC assisted by Mr. Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel appears for the petitioner.
Mr. Lenin Hijam, learned Advocate General along with Mr. Samarjit Hawaibam, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. W. Niranjit, learned Deputy G.A. appears for the State and Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Urmila, learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 3.
In terms of the earlier order, the State respondent has filed preliminary affidavit and the same has been placed on record.
Mr. Lenin Hijam, learned Advocate General submits that the matter may be taken up on 12.03.2025 along with MC(PIL) No. 18 of 2024.
In the meantime, the learned counsel for the parties may file response to the preliminary affidavit filed by the State respondent.
