Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned G.A. appearing for the respondents, submitted that he has received para-wise comments and the learned G.A. seeks 3(three) weeks’ time for filing counter affidavit.
Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the issue raised in the present writ petition has been already decided by the hon’ble Apex Court and that the present writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the order passed by the hon’ble Apex Court.
As prayed for by the learned G.A., list these cases again on 12.06.2025.
In the meantime, respondents are directed to file counter affidavit without fail.
