Heard Mr. BP. Sahu, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Deepak Prasad Sahu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in WP(C) No. 39 of 2023 and Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. M. Rendy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in WP(C) No. 47 of 2023. Heard also Mr. A. Vashum, learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents, Mr. S. Biswajit, learned counsel and Mr. I. Denning, learned counsel appearing for the caverators as well as Ms. Pamchuila Gangte, learned counsel appearing for the MPSC.
The copy of the petition in respect of WP(C) No. 39 of 2023 had been furnished to both the learned counsel appearing for the caveators.
Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned senior counsel submitted that they will also serve copies of the WP(C) No. 47 of 2023 to both the learned counsel appearing for the caveators by tomorrow.
