Mr. S. Jasobanta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 3 submitted that he has drafted counter affidavit on behalf of the said respondent and the learned counsel seeks one week’s time for filing the said counter affidavit.
Mr. S. Rupachandra, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered by the judgment earlier passed by this court. The learned counsel, accordingly, prays for fixing a short date.
