Heard Mrs. L. Ayangleima, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. BR Sharma, learned CGSC appearing for respondents No. 1 & 2, Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents No. 3 & 4 and Mr. N. Bipin, learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 7.
The learned CGSC appearing for the respondents No. 1 & 2 submitted that he will not file any counter and Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned Government Advocate prayed for granting three weeks’ time as a last chance for filing counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents No. 3 & 4.
As prayed for, list this case again on 31.05.2022.
In the meantime, parties are at liberty to exchange their affidavits, if so advised.
