The learned CGSC appearing for the respondents No. 1 & 2 submitted that he will not file any counter and Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned Government Advocate prayed for granting three weeks’ time as a last chance for filing counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents No. 3 & 4.
