Heard Mr. Tungrei Ngakang, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the respondents.
It has been submitted by the learned GA that there is some defect in the copy of the writ petition furnished to him and accordingly, learned GA made a prayer for taking up this matter on Monday i.e., 10-10-2022 in the motion column.
As prayed for, list this case again on 10th October, 2022 in the motion column as first item.
Till then, status quo as on today shall be maintained.
