Both Respondents have entered appearance in person today.
Learned Senior Counsel Mr. N. Rai volunteers to represent the Respondents. He shall be assisted by Learned Counsel Mr. Pradeep Tamang. Learned Senior Counsel seeks to file response to I.A. No.01 of 2024.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor shall make over the case papers pertaining to the instant case to Learned Counsel for the Respondents.
The Respondents shall appear in person before this Court on dates fixed for the instant matter.
As Learned Senior Counsel is in the panel of advocates of the Sikkim State Legal Services Authority, necessary steps be taken by the said Authority.
