Heard Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Julekha Khan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the respondents.
In order to decide the issue involved in this case, this court is of the considered view that examination of the relevant official files will be necessary. Accordingly, the learned GA is directed to produce the Government files bearing No. 9/6(55)/2014-II of the Secretariat (Home), Department and official File No. A-1-1/20/94-Ist IRB of the Office of the Commandant, 1st IRB on the next date of hearing without fail.
As prayed for by the learned GA, list this case again on 24-02-2025.
