Mr. S. Jasobanta, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 4 submitted that counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 4 has been sent for vetting and accordingly, learned counsel prays for taking up this matter after two weeks so as to enable him to file the said counter affidavit.

Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appearing for the State respondents has also seeks two weeks’ time for filing counter affidavit.

Ms. Julekha Khan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection.
