Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners, submitted that rejoinder affidavit on behalf of the petitioners will be filed during the course of the day with an advance copy to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent .
The learned senior counsel, accordingly, prays for taking up these matters on another date.
Mr. Kh. Samarjit, learned DSGI appearing for the respondent, submitted that he is yet to receive instructions with regards to the rejoinder affidavit filed by the petitioners and as such, a prayer has been made for taking up these matters on 21.04.2025 for final disposal.
As prayed for, list these cases again on 21.04.2025.
Earlier interim order shall continue till the next date.
