Judgment
Ahanthem Bimol Singh, J
Mr. S. Biswajit Meitei, learned senior counsel assisted by Mrs. Deepika, learned counsel appeared for the petitioner and seeks two weeks’ time for filing rejoinder affidavit.
Mr. Kh. Samarjit, learned DSGI assisted by Mr. N. Nongdamba, learned counsel vehemently objected to the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner on the ground that because of the interim order, the petitioner is taking advantage and that the present writ petition needs to be heard and disposed of urgently.
In view of the objection raise above, let these cases be listed again on 05-04-2023 for consideration and final disposal. In the meantime, the petitioner is directed to file rejoinder affidavit.
Earlier interim order shall continue till the next date.
